Joe traveled to me and helped when my neck went out and I was in so much pain that I was worried. He did a thorough assessment to help determine that I was safe and he gave me information, wisdom, comfort, and some exercises to support the healing process of my cervical spine. But he didn’t just give me exercises, he skillfully and kindly helped me to do them and to understand what I was doing.

Is this the same as home health physical therapy?
No. Home health PT is typically for homebound patients and billed through insurance. OLO’s mobile PT is cash-based, one-on-one concierge care for active adults who want the convenience of treatment at home, at the gym or at work.
Can I get dry needling at home?
When appropriate, yes. Dr. Joe will talk through which techniques make sense for your visit.
Do you take insurance?
OLO is cash-based and out-of-network, which is how every visit stays a full 60 minutes one-on-one. HSA/FSA cards are accepted, and we can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. See our FAQ.
